Job Details:
Our client company in Dresden is currently seeking a Creditors Accountant (m/f/d) to join their team.


Your responsibilities will include invoice verification, coding and posting of incoming invoices, payment processing, account reconciliation, and resolving any questions regarding supplier invoices.

You will work Monday to Friday during day shift. Initially, this position is for 30 hours per week, but it may increase to more hours later on.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Sorting, entering or scanning incoming invoices
  • Invoice verification
  • Coding and posting of incoming invoices
  • Payment processing
  • Account reconciliation and resolving questions regarding supplier invoices
  • Maintenance of master data

Required Skills:


  • Fluent in German
  • Experience with MS Office / ERP systems
  • Independent, reliable
  • Team and communication skills

Required Education:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and relevant experience in finance and accounting

Employment Type: 30 hours per week, may increase later on
