What awaits you:

  • Participation in the current implementation of the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Together with the team, responsible for the smooth, ITILcompliant operation and continuous development of the Salesforce platform (especially in terms of incident, request fulfillment, problem, change, special tasks, and projects)
  • Administration of the Salesforce environment, particularly in regards to custom applications, permissions, security settings, and performance optimizations
  • Development of tailored, standardbased solutions within the Salesforce platform together with colleagues and an external partner
  • Implementation of longterm improvement measures and ensuring compatibility with the entire IT landscape
  • Integration of the solution into internal and external systems via Workato
  • Capturing and implementing internal customer requirements

What sets you apart:

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education and professional experience
