We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our back office department in Bell City, MO, to support us in organizing and planning our operations, as well as optimizing our business processes.

As our new employee, you will also be responsible for the commercial handling of coaching and consulting projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring inventory levels, and recording documents.
  • Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Composing letters, emails, notes, and protocols.
  • Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters.
  • Assisting with event management in organizing trips and seminars.
