Description
Highland Lake is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Milk Processing Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the various steps involved in processing milk and milk products. You will also learn about controlling and monitoring the process, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining and cleaning equipment. Additionally, you will gain knowledge about the technology used in our production facility and be able to operate it. As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, a strong interest in food production, good technical understanding and manual dexterity, and preferably some prior experience in the food industry.

A strong sense of responsibility and hygiene is also important, as well as being a team player, reliable, and flexible.
