Tasks as diverse as our services:

  • As part of our operations team consisting of facility managers, facility attendants, and skilled tradesmen, you will be the direct contact for our customers.
  • You will receive customer orders and process them from acceptance to completion through our IT system.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out minor repair measures and coordinating moves.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting further inspection activities in the buildings.
  • You will coordinate the ordering, supervision, and acceptance of FM services with ease.
  • You have an eye for energysaving potential and, together with our operations team, ensure efficient building operation.
