We are currently seeking a
specialist for debt counseling/pregnancy conflict counseling/women's shelters/child and youth protection (m/f/d) in full-time for our district office in Dortmund.

Job Description:

Ensuring the quality and professional development of selected areas of child, youth, and family support / SGB III, SGB VII, SGB XII etc:
Pregnancy conflict counseling
Women's shelters
Child and youth protection
Debt counseling
Promotion of measures for children from refugee families
Intercultural competencies
Representation of interests and tasks of the umbrella organization
Committee work and networking at state and federal level
Consulting and supporting facilities and providers on professional issues
Development of professional policy concepts and concepts for the qualification of professionals
Ensuring and accompanying the application process, professional evaluation, administrative processing including the use of reports
Organization and implementation of training, workshops, and conferences
