JOB DESCRIPTION The district church office for the Ev. Kirchenkreise Gladbeck-Bottrop

Dorsten and Recklinghausen is currently seeking a full time employee (m/f/d) for property management at their location in Recklinghausen.

This is a permanent position with a weekly workload of 39 hours. The district church office, with approximately 50 employees in Recklinghausen, serves as the central administration for the Ev. Kirchenkreise Gladbeck-Bottrop

Dorsten and Recklinghausen and provides administrative support for the affiliated public law corporations (17 church communities, 2 church districts, and their institutions).

Your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all aspects of property and real estate management (land registry management, contract negotiation, lease management, etc.).

You will also provide guidance and advice to the church communities and church districts on matters related to property management.
