Depending on your area of focus - disability assistance or youth welfare - you will start your studies with us in the field of Social Work in Nursing and Rehabilitation or Child and Youth Welfare.

What to expect

You will provide caring, supportive and respectful assistance to our clients in their respective areas disability assistance/mental health or youth welfare.
You will learn about our pedagogical concepts and how to apply them.
You will work together with trained professionals to shape the pedagogical daily routine and take on delegated tasks as part of a team.
You will accompany our clients on their journey through life, offering support and guidance, and helping them to take increasing responsibility for their own lives.
You will use your empathy and creativity to offer personcentered support and build relationships.
You will help to structure daily life, provide assistance with housing, and create leisure activities.
You will mobilize our clients' resources and help to strengthen them.
