Our mountain inn Banzer Wald is a new 3-star plus category hotel located in Unnersdorf at the foot of Banzberg. The family-run hotel offers attractive comfort and friendly hospitality. We value a personal atmosphere and trained staff. Our hotel has 23 rooms, an à la carte restaurant with a terrace, as well as meeting and event rooms for groups of up to 100 people.

We are a young team of about 50 employees and offer a high-level and modern work environment. Our restaurant combines regional and international cuisine, local ingredients, and a passion for preparing high-quality products.

We are looking for a

Head Chef (m/f/d),

starting date negotiable

Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing the kitchen (preparation, execution, organization, and control)

Leading the kitchen team, responsible for optimal staff scheduling

Purchasing, monitoring inventory and incoming goods, cost calculation

Monitoring food usage

Training, guiding, and supervising new employees and apprentices

Developing the menu for our restaurant, as well as menu and buffet suggestions for events

Ensuring excellent quality of all outgoing dishes, ensuring compliance with our quality standards
