Job Description:
Customer Service Representative for Specialty Partner Pharmacies in Spring Valley, MN


As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our specialized partner pharmacies through phone and email communication.

You will also play a key role in creating customer-oriented solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable partner for inquiries related to our Specialty Pharma medications
  • Collaborate closely with the purchasing and warehouse departments
  • Prepare quotes, process orders and handle complaints
  • Utilize the inventory management system to determine product needs, maintain data and analyze trends

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or degree, preferably with a pharmaceutical background and some professional experience
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or Specialty Pharma setting is an asset
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and detailoriented
  • Enjoy providing customer service and have a strong service mindset
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
