Job Description:
Customer Service Representative for Specialty Partner Pharmacies in Spring Valley, MN

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our specialized partner pharmacies through phone and email communication.

You will also play a key role in creating customer-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a knowledgeable partner for inquiries related to our Specialty Pharma medications
Collaborate closely with the purchasing and warehouse departments
Prepare quotes, process orders and handle complaints
Utilize the inventory management system to determine product needs, maintain data and analyze trends

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training or degree, preferably with a pharmaceutical background and some professional experience
Previous experience in a pharmacy or Specialty Pharma setting is an asset
Selfmotivated, proactive and detailoriented
Enjoy providing customer service and have a strong service mindset
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
