Your responsibilities:

With great dedication, you will take on the management of a store and oversee the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
You will analyze key performance indicators, optimize work processes, and continuously improve the store's performance
You will ensure the implementation of our store concepts and ensure that your store impresses with excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and highquality service
As a leader, it is natural for you to lead by example and work alongside your team
Additionally, the training and development of your employees are a top priority for you

Your profile:

Several years of experience in retail or a similar industry with leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
A team player with a high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented
Willingness to work flexible shifts, 5 days a week
