Description

We are currently seeking a Team Lead for Digitalization and IT System Management (m/f/d) for an innovative traditional company located in the greater Pforzheim area. This is a permanent position with plenty of room for growth and development.

Responsibilities:


• Responsible for the digital and strategic direction of the company, including defining agile digitalization projects


• Overseeing the team responsible for system administration and related projects and server landscapes within the group


• Developing Big Data topics, including Qlik Sense


• Managing and leading a team of 4 employees


• Reporting directly to the managing director and working closely with the CIO

Requirements:


• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field


• Several years of experience in successfully implementing digital transformation and driving cultural change


• Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and empathy


• Knowledge of agile project management methods, lean principles, and a strong focus on process orientation


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
