Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and uptodate
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to improve their experience and drive business growth
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies
  • Maintain client records in Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, such as preparing sales materials and scheduling appointments

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a client services or account management role is preferred
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is desired

Pay:
$16.00 per hour
