Personnel Clerk
(m/f/d)


The operational personnel management is responsible for the complete support of employees from entry to exit, as well as advising managers on all personnel-related issues.

In addition, the Personnel department has its own recruitment team and personnel controlling. We are looking for energetic support for our team of 15 in the Personnel department.


Your tasks:

  • Completion of all administrative tasks from entry to exit of employees in close coordination with the personnel officer
  • Preparation of employment contracts, references, and other employmentrelated documents
  • Recording and maintenance of payrollrelevant master data in close cooperation with the external service provider
  • Absence recording
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel files
  • Preparation of evaluations and certificates
  • Communication
