Deputy Head of Gastroenterology and Cardiology Department (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You will assume the role of deputy head of the nursing team for the gastroenterology and cardiology departments, which have a total of 65 beds.
You will assist with personnel deployment and vacation planning, personnel management, and personnel development in this area.
You will ensure comprehensive, patientcentered care that takes into account their resources.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to design and optimize internal processes and promote crossdepartmental collaboration.

Your profile:

You are a registered nurse and have ideally completed further training in departmental management or have an equivalent degree.
You have several years of professional experience, ideally in an internal medicine department, and have gained leadership experience.
You possess a high level of independence, strong organizational and leadership skills.
You have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and good computer skills.
You bring creativity and openness to change processes.
