Department 43 (Billing & Payment), we are looking for you, starting as soon as possible,
for a fixed term of 3 years, at our
office in Düsseldorf for the position of:

Quality Assurance Clerk for Billing and Payment


Your diverse tasks include:


  • Quality assurance of pension benefits in the net area, including tax and social security data
  • Immediate checks before monthly billing
  • Subsequent checks
  • Verification of current situations
  • Consultation with employees

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in law, economics, administration, or humanities (Bachelor/FH diploma) or qualification for the higher nontechnical administrative service
  • Alternatively, a comparable degree at DQR level 6 with a focus on economics or business administration
  • Proficient in standard software MS-Office
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR, order management system, and archive application
  • Knowledge of workflow management systems
  • Experience in civil service pension
  • Knowledge of the Federal Equal Opportunities Act and the Disabled Persons Act* or the willingness
