SUBARU Deutschland GmbH markets the vehicles of the world's largest all-wheel drive car manufacturer, SUBARU Corporation, in Germany. At our location in Friedberg, our approximately 80 employees work together with over 400 contract partners to serve the national market.

We are currently seeking a
Regional After Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the field for the
Baden-Württemberg & Rheinland-Pfalz regions to join our team as soon as possible


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising our SUBARU partners in all areas of automotive after sales: maximizing market potential, parts and accessories sales, profitability, technical support, customer satisfaction, and training of contract partners
  • Responsibility for parts and accessories performance in the assigned region, including parts bonus programs and developing and implementing measures and actions to achieve goals
  • Implementing marketing campaigns and actively managing customer relationships
  • Monitoring and developing partner service quality and customer service processes in the dealership, including auditing
  • Technical analysis and reporting as part of the quality reporting system

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a car mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive technician (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a master
  • Several years of professional experience in after sales, ideally with product knowledge from the automotive industry
  • Solid business knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Reliable and independent work style
  • Willingness to travel (company car
