How you can contribute

  • Handle incidents, problems, and service requests (in accordance with ITIL standards)
  • Create and implement changes
  • Maintain IT systems and ensure compliance with security regulations during system installations and decommissions
  • Support the WMS system (SAP/SILENA) including customization and process adjustments
  • Review and ensure compliance with data protection and security issues
  • Manage and document customer and Schnellecke systems
  • Create and manage access rights
  • Participate in on-call services (24/7)
