Kramer Training for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Construction (m/f/d) for the year 2024

When it comes to buildings, you will become a true expert in the production of structures made of concrete and reinforced concrete.

In your profession, you will be responsible for creating and assembling formwork and reinforcements to ensure proper curing of the concrete.

You will also be skilled in repairing damp or damaged walls, ceilings, pillars, and beams, as well as operating various machines.

The best part? You will also become a skilled craftsman in your personal life, with technical understanding and spatial imagination - something everyone should strive for.

Your tasks - challenging and diverse:
Production of concrete and reinforced concrete components
Implementation of engineering and architectural drawings into stone, concrete, and reinforced concrete components
Handling of various construction machinery and equipment
Testing of building materials and construction materials
Practical experience on our construction sites and in the construction guild / theory at the vocational school in Schweinfurt / in-house training at our training center

Your profile:
At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
You enjoy working in a team
You like to work outdoors
You are physically fit
You have no fear of heights
You have manual dexterity and good technical intuition
