Description

For our residential community Sinngrund, we are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. The position is permanent and requires 19.5 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

You will support a fixed group of 6 clients living in a supervised residential community.
You will assist the residents with daily tasks and accompany them to appointments, such as doctor's visits or government offices, if needed.
You will work with the residents to develop further life perspectives and create progress reports.

Your qualifications

You have completed training as a teacher (m/f/d) or social worker (m/f/d) or have a background in healthcare or support services.
You are responsible and respectful towards our tenants and strive to provide them with the best possible care.
You enjoy working in a constructive and dedicated team and have experience working with people who have a mental illness or addiction.
You take pleasure in your work and are willing to expand your knowledge and skills with us.
Your strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and independent work style round off your profile.
