The Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture - a self-governing body under public law - is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Pig Training Workshop at the Agricultural Education Center (LBZ) in Echem, within the Department of Agriculture, in the Department 3.4.

The position is permanent and full-time (currently 39.8 hours/week).

In this role, you will be responsible for the conventional and organic pig farming in the training workshop. This includes coordinating the planning of work processes and resource allocation with the goal of strategic development and continuous optimization of the production process.

You will also be responsible for coordinating demonstrations and trials in internal consultation with the Department 3.7 - Animal Breeding, Animal Husbandry, and Experimentation - of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture.

You will be the first point of contact for the barn employees for organization and workplace design, and will represent the pig training workshop in tours, professional events, and with third parties.

The position is classified in pay group 12 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service of the Federal States (TV-L).
