Job in Zurich:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsibility for the comprehensive management of a real estate portfolio consisting mainly of residential properties, as well as a portion of office and commercial properties in the city of Zurich * Development of rental and management concepts, recommendation of renovation measures, and management of the location budget * Negotiation and preparation of residential and commercial lease agreements * Coordination and organization of rental processes in collaboration with a clerk * Management of a demanding customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction * Proactive management of tenants and continuous communication with service companies and other stakeholders * Supervision of renovation work, monitoring of property condition, and preparation of cost and revenue analyses YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE * Real estate management experience, preferably in the Zurich area * Strong negotiation skills and experience in lease agreement preparation * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and in a team * Proactive and customer-oriented mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of renovation processes and cost management * Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
