Install America is a locally owned and operated home improvement company that has been ranked and featured in Qualified Remodeler Magazine the past 12 years.

We are a full-service home remodeling company, and we have locations that cover 12 states. We are in search of a Scheduling Coordinator at our main office in Mohnton, PA


The Scheduling Coordinator serves as the primary communicator in scheduling and coordinating new installations, particularly in our exterior remodeling projects.

They must coordinate all communication between the customer, installers, and vendors. Being organized and thorough are extremely important qualities in a successful Scheduling Coordinator.

There will be varying personalities in any one project, and the ability to connect with each different personality effectively will serve vital in our success.

You do not need to be an installation professional, but previous experience with understanding of the construction process will be helpful.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years in home construction/service industry
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • 2+ years in scheduling or logĂ­stical planning
  • Previous experience working with installers or field techs
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Technology fluent
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Results driven

Duties:


  • Schedule presite inspections for our site supervisors
  • Schedule all installations for exterior remodeling projects
  • Provide general customer service and status updates to customers
  • Lead communication with installers and field techs
  • Manage the daily schedule and follow up with customer on their satisfaction
  • Communicate with vendors on order and delivery status
  • Communicate with service department on parts or service needs
  • Communicate with the finance and sales department to ensure proper payments and documentation
  • Track and follow up on open/pending project
  • Maximize weekly production totals

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
