For an IT consulting company in the Ravensburg area, we are looking for a

Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, at least 80%

Your tasks will include:

  • You will be responsible for the complete and timely monthly closing (including BWA, VAT returns, ZM)
  • You will manage the daytoday business in finance and accounting, as well as the dunning process
  • You will handle general ledger activities and fixed asset accounting
  • You will review and approve cost statements, including contract management
  • You will prepare the annual financial statements according to HGB and create the rolling gross profit forecast
  • You will monitor payment transactions and ensure continuous liquidity, advising the management on financial matters such as project financing
  • You will be the first point of contact (m/f/d) for auditors, tax consultants, authorities, insurance companies, and banks
  • You are interested in taking on more tasks? We can expand your responsibilities to include payroll accounting

Your qualifications:

  • You have a passion for numbers and have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a degree in finance/accounting
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • You ideally have experience with D365 and Sage
  • You have knowledge of payroll processing
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
