We are looking for flexible and responsible public service personnel dispatchers in full-time for a long-term position. This is a renowned and successful municipal company in the city of Bremen, which is committed to promoting sustainable environmental practices in Bremen.

Here are your responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for dispatching employees and coordinating, mostly by phone, their assignments to approximately 15 different locations in the city of Bremen
  • You will serve as a point of contact for various personnel-related questions, review timekeeping, and maintain personnel records
  • You will handle vacation planning and ensure a balanced reduction of overtime hours, as well as maintain statistics and issue certificates

Here's what you need to succeed

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have previous experience in personnel management / HR
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs, especially Excel, and are known for your reliable and structured work style
  • Your open-mindedness and intercultural competence make you a convincing personnel dispatcher
