Tasks
  • Topics during your practical phases: operating and maintaining commercial properties and technical systems, customer support, and planning modernizations for sustainable building operation
  • Technical study content: e.g. maintenance management, energy management, electrical engineering, construction management, building automation technology, sustainable building and operation
  • Commercial study content: e.g. lease management, cost accounting, personnel, organization, public building law
  • Duration: 3 years or 6 semesters with a combination of theory and practice
  • The theory phases take place at the HWR in Berlin or the DHBW Stuttgart.
