With over 150 highly qualified and motivated employees, we work on-site with patients and at our locations in Göttingen, Greifswald, and Berlin.

For our location in Göttingen, we are looking for immediate support in the role of:

Patient Coach (m/f/d) - Telecoaching:

Fulltime or parttime

YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH US

You will support and guide patients over the phone during their therapy on behalf of the respective pharmaceutical companies
In collaboration with the doctor, you will help educate and motivate patients
You will also contribute your teamwork skills to implement and achieve agreedupon tasks and goals
Thorough documentation of your work according to customerspecific guidelines is part of your responsibilities, as well as targeted preparation and followup of phone calls
