As a member of our team in Vinton, OH, you will report to the C-level and lead the Growth and Performance side of Marketing, as well as oversee brand marketing and creative asset production.

Your responsibilities will include managing various online marketing channels such as Influencer Marketing, Paid Social, PR, Search, CRM, Onsite Conversion Optimization, Affiliate and Cooperations.

Working closely with Business Intelligence and other channel owners, you will use a data-driven approach to unlock growth potential.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with a team of 10+ members to develop and implement a growthoriented marketing strategy, working closely with colleagues from BI, product, sales, IT, Operations, and Clevel.
  • Work with Management and Creative Director to find new ways to increase brand awareness, optimize messaging, and enhance brand desirability.
  • Oversee all marketing channels and the brand's online directtoconsumer distribution across markets.
  • Manage all advertising channels, prioritize tasks, and monitor performance against monthly goals.
  • Analyze market, competitive, and media landscape dynamics to identify and test new growth channels.
  • Monitor and report analytics to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI, etc.).
