Good morning, we have an employee who has been on sick leave for 2 months due to a cold. Since June/July, their productivity has decreased and we recently found out that they also work as a caregiver for elderly people at night. This has caused them to come to work without proper rest and they have been falling asleep on the job. We suspect that they are fraudulently claiming sick leave while working at night without reporting it.

We are wondering how we can gather enough evidence to terminate their employment and potentially take legal action. We would also like to know the cost of your services.
