Description
We are currently seeking a commercial employee (m/f/d) for our location in Karlsruhe. As a commercial clerk, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to property management.

Depending on the needs, you will support our team in the areas of condominium and rental management and assist with various tasks.

Knowledge of property or rental management is desirable, but not a requirement. We will provide necessary training and potential further education.

WHAT TO EXPECT? * Telephone communication and correspondence with property owners, tenants, and service providers, * Processing ongoing transactions in collaboration with the team, * Obtaining quotes for maintenance and repair orders, * Maintaining and updating data in our systems.
