Your tasks:


  • Planning of service technicians for corresponding customer orders
  • Acceptance of orders and processing of repair or installation requests
  • Coordinating onsite appointments with customers
  • Preparation of offers, ordering and contact person for customers regarding orders and inquiries

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial education and relevant technical knowledge; alternatively, technical education with corresponding commercial knowledge
  • First experience in planning employees (scheduling)
  • Knowledge in customer service
  • Computer skills
  • Transparent and good communication with customers and colleagues
