DeliverIt Pharmacy is searching for Infusion Sales Representatives to help network and build relationships between our infusion and specialty pharmacy services and the overall healthcare community in the Greater Houston metro area.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working with the infusion & specialty marketing team to promote the company's services to potential patients and clients.
  • Analyzing data on patient needs and purchasing patterns to refine marketing strategies and identify more potential markets.
  • Preparing marketing plans and strategies for company meetings.
  • Writing reports about market conditions, trends, and potential changes in patient preferences.
  • Producing and distributing brochures, flyers, pamphlets, and banners for company events and promotions.
  • Studying each of our drugs to ensure expert knowledge thereof.
  • Communicating with extant and budding clients to maintain these working relationships.
  • Informing clients about the dosage, benefits, side effects, and contraindications attached to each drug.
  • Selling items to medical professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies based on their needs.
  • Walking clients through the results of our clinical trials to further encourage sales.
  • Delivering samples to entities who are serious about purchasing our drugs.
  • Creating promotional materials such as banners and informative cards for dissemination by clients.
  • Analyzing competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
  • Conducting regular selfevaluations to ensure meeting sales targets.
  • Attending training workshops and congresses to remain up to date with standards and developments in the industry.

Qualifications

  • At least an associate degree in marketing, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, or adjacent fields is preferred.
  • Formal training in marketing, sales, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as an infusion & specialty care liaison or similar is preferred.
  • Proven record of helping lead sales campaigns and facilitating profitability.
  • Expert knowledge of prevailing infusion & specialty issues.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Goaloriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
  • Interest in understanding and sharing industry innovations.
  • Travel throughout the Greater Houston metro area will be required.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with either the Greater Houston metro area (and its healthcare community) is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of general sales experience is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of clinical liaison experience is preferred.
  • Experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is preferred.

Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required:

Pay:
Up to $80,000.00 per year
