We are looking for a communicative and open-minded office assistant in full-time for a long-term position. The successful candidate will join a regional and successful company in the electrical industry, located in 28195 Bremen, which provides exciting customers worldwide with the latest products.
These are your responsibilities
- Welcoming, assisting and catering to guests
- Supporting with organizing and monitoring appointments
- Preparing for meetings
- Placing material orders and processing incoming invoices
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues
- Managing correspondence and handling incoming and outgoing mail
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office manager
- First professional experience in the mentioned tasks
- Proficient in using MS Office applications as an office assistant
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
