**Position:** Senior/Principal SiC Process Development Engineer (m/f/d)

**Location:** Hamburg, Germany

**Company Overview:**

We are a leading semiconductor company that specializes in high-volume production of components that meet strict standards in the Automotive industry. **Responsibilities:**

Develop and optimize modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete SiC power products such as diodes and MOSFETs.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on product development projects.

Conduct process optimization projects in the wafer fab.

Build expertise in silicon and SiC wafer processes.

Research and analyze competitor processes and technologies.

Maintain internal contacts.

**Qualifications:**

Master's degree or PhD in an engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics.

Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology, with a focus on SiC processes.

Hands-on experience in wafer processing.

Strong team player with a drive for success.

Excellent organization and planning skills.
