This is what your day looks like:

  • Getting to know all departments in designated blocks, e.g. reception, accounting, human resources, sales & marketing, housekeeping, restaurant
  • Weekly rotation of lectures in cooperation with IUBH and practical work in the hotel
  • Understanding and applying business processes in the hotel industry
  • Independent work after comprehensive training, including small project work
  • Taking care of and advising our guests
  • Comprehensive insights into inventory management in our two hotels
  • Varied tasks in an international environment
  • Developing personal strengths and interests

This is what we expect from you:

  • Passion for the hotel and hospitality industry and interacting with people
  • A good high school diploma
