Exciting tasks await you:

  • Independent and responsible execution and monitoring of basic and treatment care within the nursing process (e.g. supporting residents in daily activities, implementing nursing documentation and planning including performance recording, promoting individual resources)
  • You are the direct contact and caregiver (m/f/d) for the residents and their families, promoting their quality of life, satisfaction, and joy by listening, observing, providing company, and bringing joy
  • Commitment to participate in and implement quality assurance measures, such as participating in quality circles
  • Implementation of concepts and standards of the inhouse quality system

What you bring:

  • Completed threeyear training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), for example as a Health and Disease Nurse (m/f/d) or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience is desirable, but we also welcome beginners (m/f/d)
  • Customeroriented, teamoriented
