RESPONSIBILITIES

Starting on [date], you will have the opportunity to join our Management Consulting department, which advises the BASF Group and its business units in the field of general management and actively supports BASF's change processes.

As a full-fledged team member, you will be involved in the preparation, coordination, and implementation of management consulting projects for the BASF Group's management from day one.
This includes areas such as strategy, marketing, organization (structures and processes), business optimization, post-merger integration, and corporate development.
You will conduct sophisticated analyses, support the team in conducting interviews with our clients, and prepare the results for top management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in business or engineering with above-average results, ideally in an advanced semester
First professional experience in an internationally renowned consulting
