The word is derived from the three areas of mechanics, electronics, and computer science. This shows how diverse the profession can be. As a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), you combine the tasks of industrial mechanics and electronics technicians. You build mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and assemble them into complex technical systems. In addition, you maintain and repair machines and systems.

During your 3.5-year training (high school diploma), you will acquire extensive knowledge in our training workshop and the Hamburg training center.

You will gain experience on modern technical production systems at the tesa plant in Hamburg and other tesa companies in Hamburg.
