We are Dreamlines, an innovative, international online travel agency specializing in cruises. We are the leading partner for our customers and suppliers in Europe and Australia.

As a technology and data-driven company, we are looking to expand our analytics capabilities and are seeking a Teamlead Data Analytics to build and lead our analytics team in Germany.

The role is primarily remote, with the option to work from home in Hildebran, NC. However, there will be monthly in-person meetings with the team and other colleagues.

Therefore, the ability to travel monthly is required, typically for two to three days to our offices in Hamburg or Manchester.

JOB DESCRIPTION_

This role will report to the CTO and will be responsible for establishing and leading the analytics department.

The Teamlead Data Analytics will oversee the activities of junior team members and ensure that all departments within the company understand their performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize processes.

This role will lead the company in utilizing existing and new data sources and techniques to drive business performance and potential.

The Teamlead of Analytics will also develop a departmental culture, policies, and strategy.

This role will involve hands-on work in solving complex analytical problems for the business and collaborating with other departments such as Technology, Marketing, Product, and Sales.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Build the analytics team and determine necessary roles for the business
Manage the team and ensure they are aligned and deployed on projects with the highest business impact
