As a subsidiary of a large, nationally active bank, the company supports its customers with all questions related to buying and selling real estate.

We are looking for you as soon as possible at our location in Magdeburg.


Responsibilities:

  • You market real estate and create sales and market assessments.
  • You acquire new properties, bring together owners and interested parties, and support your clients from the initial contact to the notary appointment to the key handover.
  • You continuously expand your market and industry knowledge as well as your network.
  • You maintain customer data using real estate software such as on Office, among others.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed the IHK certificate course "Real Estate Agent," a vocational training or degree in a commercial field, e.g. as a real estate agent, Bachelor of Real Estate Management, or a comparable professional background is helpful.
  • You enjoy acquiring and selling real estate and have several years of professional experience in this or a similar field.
  • You have good regional market knowledge and ideally have an existing network.
  • Naturally, you are a strong communicator, a team player, and familiar with modern digital tools.
