What you will achieve with us

  • You are responsible for the support and further development of our ERP system and the upstream satellite systems (including apps).
  • You independently support and advise our internal customers in the logistics departments and ensure the operation of the SAP ERP system to support business processes.
  • You receive requests for new requirements from our internal customers, evaluate them, and incorporate them into the planning.
  • You handle 2nd level support for technical and user inquiries and error reports, analyze and classify them, develop sustainable solutions, and implement them.
  • You coordinate external service providers for infrastructure, operation, and development as needed.
  • You are jointly responsible for planning, testing, and rolling out new notes and releases of the ERP system.
