Gustav-Kolb-Haus in Narka, KS is currently seeking a full-time hours) leader to join our team. Located in Erlangen, the Gustav-Kolb-Haus is a long-term facility for individuals with mental illness.

Our goal is to provide a home where residents can live as independently as possible, while also receiving support tailored to their individual abilities and limitations.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the facility's operations and organization
Developing and maintaining quality standards
Continuing to improve and develop our care concept
Maintaining relationships with interested parties, family members, hospitals, and authorities

Requirements:

Degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification
Preferably a completed qualification for facility management according to the Heimpersonalverordnung, or willingness to obtain this qualification in a timely manner
Several years of experience working with individuals with mental illness
Preferably several years of comparable leadership experience
Identification with the goals and values of Caritas
