Responsibilities:

Industrial mechanics (m/f/d) ensure that machines and production facilities are operational.
They manufacture device parts, machine components, and assemblies and assemble them into machines and technical systems.
They then set them up, put them into operation, and test their functions.
Their tasks also include maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
They identify causes of malfunctions, order suitable spare parts, or manufacture them themselves.
After completing assembly and testing work, they instruct colleagues or customers on operation and handling.
