Job Profile:


As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for First Aid Training, you are the central point of contact for our corporate clients in all matters related to our in-house training.

You take on the entire support, consultation, and acquisition process, building long-term customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:


  • You maintain close relationships with our existing customers and are in constant communication with them
  • You provide our customers with competent advice on our corporate first aid courses
  • You are responsible for creating offers, tracking offers, and contract negotiations
  • You support in crossteam planning when it comes to contract negotiations
  • You work closely with other colleagues and departments

Your Qualifications:


  • You have a commercial education, a completed university degree, or a similar qualification and ideally have experience in sales support
  • You are familiar with the use of CRM software and MS Office
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have the ability to understand and fulfill the needs of our customers
  • You have a structured, reliable, and teamoriented work style combined with a handson mentality
