Job Profile:
As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for First Aid Training, you are the central point of contact for our corporate clients in all matters related to our in-house training.

Your Responsibilities:
- You maintain close relationships with our existing customers and are in constant communication with them
- You provide our customers with competent advice on our corporate first aid courses
- You are responsible for creating offers, tracking offers, and contract negotiations
- You support in crossteam planning when it comes to contract negotiations
- You work closely with other colleagues and departments
Your Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education, a completed university degree, or a similar qualification and ideally have experience in sales support
- You are familiar with the use of CRM software and MS Office
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have the ability to understand and fulfill the needs of our customers
- You have a structured, reliable, and teamoriented work style combined with a handson mentality
