The training is specifically tailored to the requirements of the service department.Deepening of expertise, customer orientation, initial development of leadership skills, and taking on responsibility are core objectives of this program.
Successful completion will allow you to take an important step towards a leadership position in the service department and contribute to the success of the company.
What we offer:
- Successfully completed training as a specialist salesperson in the food industry; retail salesperson; or butcher

Details and dates:
- Participation in a 4day advanced seminar
- Start: April 1, 2024
- Duration: 12 months (18 seminar days plus final exam)
- Practical training in various service areas (meat, sausage, cheese, possibly fish, bread and baked goods)
- Examination with an EDEKA internal certificate
- Conducted by the EDEKA Junior Group e.
