Henke), the position of a Research Assistant (m/f/d) (pay grade 13 Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD); 39 hours per week) is to be filled for a period of 3 years.

The research focus of the chair is the application and further development of numerical methods in geotechnics, digitalization in geotechnics, soil dynamics, as well as geotechnical (model) testing and soil mechanical characterization.


Responsibilities:
Participation in research at the Chair of Geotechnics, primarily in one or more of the following areas: Numerical methods in geotechnics, methods of artificial intelligence in geotechnics, or digitalization in geotechnics Publication of research results in national and international scientific journals and conferences (primarily with peer-review process)

Participation in teaching with a workload of 3.0 trimester hours per week Possibility for further academic qualification (e.g. PhD or habilitation) Performance of general administrative tasks and academic activities in academic self-administration Qualifications:
Successfully completed university degree (diploma or master) in civil engineering, geophysics, geosciences, or related fields
