What You Will Do

Plan, prepare, execute, and analyze tests and experiments for characterizing and integrating photonic integrated circuits for quantum optical communication devices
Support design improvements for photonic integrated circuits used in quantum communication

What You Bring to the Table

Excellent Master's and/or PhD degree in photonic quantum technologies
Experience with handling and testing photonic integrated circuits
Knowledge of quantum communication and quantum key distribution
Experience with optical system design
Proficiency in software programming (e.g. C/C++, Python, Matlab) for device control, data analysis, and simulations
Professional dedication
Team spirit and ability to work independently
