A Care Specialist / Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) for our Summer Garden Day Care Center
This is a permanent position with a
weekly working time of 30 hours (part-time).

We strive to create a place of well-being and social interaction for our guests. A daily structure that is tailored to the wishes and needs of our guests brings variety and fun. Our activities include bowling and playful gymnastics, singing and dancing, as well as storytelling and guessing games.

Job Description:

Managing the work organization and processes in the facility, taking into account our quality standards and costeffectiveness.
Responsibility for the professional, personnel, organizational, and economic management, design, and development of the day care center.
Providing professional advice and leadership to colleagues, participating in personnel planning and labor law measures, conducting staff development discussions, assisting with evaluations, and creating duty and vacation schedules.
Caring for and supporting our entrusted guests.
Professionally planning, implementing, documenting, and reviewing care according to the
