Your responsibilities


Your task is to implement a comprehensive business management control system for the LWL Inclusion Office for Social Participation and actively shape, implement and further develop this system.

This includes in particular the implementation of key figures and indicators for a sustainable specialist and financial controlling of the LWL Inclusion Office for Social Participation.


  • Implementation and participation in the conceptual development of controlling into an effective strategic control instrument for the entire department
- (Further) development of key figures as well as an internal benchmarking and learning system for the department

  • Responsible implementation and support of specialist controlling for a region (care plan control, service control, management report)
  • Analysis and identification of "good practice" examples as well as identification of weaknesses and cooperative development of solution scenarios
  • Proactive search for professional and financial causeandeffect relationships
  • Development and implementation of a reporting system suitable for control at various levels of the department and (further) development of a management report for the administrative management
  • Coordination of professional content and compilation of accompanying data material for the preparation of specialist conferences, political reports and presentations as well as in projects; also in cooperation with the 27 member corporations and the providers of social welfare services
  • Support for complex business management issues as well as complex technical issues for data collection
  • Identification, evaluation and analysis of early indicators as well as determination of causeandeffect relationships for the development of case numbers, care needs and case costs at the intermunicipal level
