The Enterprise Architecture & Internationalization department focuses on understanding the business processes, infrastructures, applications, data, and technologies of the company and improving its technology portfolio. Here, architecture standards and guidelines are established to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with corporate goals and support an effective internationalization strategy. By working closely with other departments, requirements are understood, strategic solutions are developed, and key decisions are made. This ensures that technological investments meet the needs of the company and that forward-looking solutions are seamlessly integrated into the existing IT landscape.

What you will achieve with us

You drive IT standardization and ensure that IT is optimally positioned from the perspective of an application landscape for current and future business goals

To do this, you regularly create and update a holistic application architecture based on ROSSMANN business processes and capabilities, thus managing to represent the complexity of processes, organizations, technologies, and IT systems

In addition, you create, communicate, and coach the standards and principles of a forward-looking overall architecture to accelerate product delivery and further improve team collaboration

You also support current teams in designing software architectures

You advise management in the context of investment planning and identified consolidation and standardization potential
